Have you been involved in any type of injury (motor vehicle accent, slip and fall, workers comp, etc.)? You can be assessed and treated here on a lien at no cost to you. Come in for details.

Personal Injury / Workers Comp New Patient Exam

Follow-up visits for patients involved in an accident / workers comp and need subsequent treatments.

Personal Injury / Workers Comp Follow-up Adjustment

$150 monthly fee allows you to come up to 10-12 times per month, which makes each visit $8-12 per visit.

Monthly Maintainence Plan Follow-up

Existing practice members coming in for a followup adjustment per a prescribed schedule or a request for maintenance.

Followup Adjustment

A new practice member who schedules for a focused physical exam, chiropractic exam and evaluation for an adjustment.
